The General Meeting and Election will hold after Mass. Immediate PLC Chairmen, Secretaries, one PLC Executive member, Deanery Coordinators and Secretaries, and immediate past PLC Chairmen, Secretaries, and Deanery Coordinators/Secretaries are welcome.

The Electoral College will comprise newly elected PLC Chairmen and Secretaries, one active PLC Executive member, and six representatives from the Deanery Pastoral Committees constituted by the Deanery Coordinators and Secretaries.

Venue: Regina Pacis Catholic Church, Sangotedo.
