Catholic Church of Assumption Awoyaya, ensured the celebration of our Elderly, at our Parish on Sunday the 27th of July 2025, at the occassion of the Jubilee World Day For GrandParents & The Elderly in 3 ways

1) Blessing of the Elderly at all masses Parish & Stations.

2) Giving them gifts of Blessed wrist rosaries 📿📿 by the Parish Laity Council and the Family & Human Life Unit (FHLU), CCA Awoyaya.

And,

3) Special dates were also chosen to visit our Elderly, at their homes by the CMO & CWO.

This celebration, was also replicated at our 3 Stations and the gifts of cash & Chaplets, were given to them at the 3 different Stations, by the Cpc-in-Council, CMO & CWO.
