HISTORY OF THE DEANERY.
Epe Deanery, came into being in the year January 2014.
This was based on the wisdom of the Church, due to the expansion and growth of the Catholic Church within the Lagos Archdiocese, to create/establish additional Deaneries within the State, so under the Lekki Region, 3 Deaneries were born.

EPE DEANERY LAITY COUNCIL
Is 11 Years Old.
(2014 -2025).
Our Epe Deanery Laity Council, is made up of 10 Parishes and one Quasi Parish, totalling 11 Parishes, and, a host of Outstations.
We were honoured to have Rev. Fr. Ethelbert, as our first Dean. At the time of his appointment, he was the Parish Priest of Catholic Church of the Annunciation, Abraham Adesanya, before he was transferred to Regina Pacis Catholic Church Sangotedo, as the Parish Priest at the time.

His office is situated at the Catholic Church of Annunciation, Abraham Adesanya. He is the Parish Priest of CCA Abraham Adesanya, and He was the 1st Deanery Laity Council Chaplain Epe Deanery.
