It is our desire to have a uniform elections calendar in the archdiocese. It is also our desire to be intentional in using elections as a tool for evangelization by aligning them more closely to the teachings and values of our Catholic faith. In preparation for the successful implementation of this exercise, we have the following requests:

1.  All parish priests are to recruit suitable numbers of potential parish leaders and ensure  they  complete  the  Archdiocesan  Engagement  for  Mission  Programme (AEMP) using any of the delivery methods.

2. Parish priests, executives of Parish Laity Council and Parish Groups can organize AEMP Study Groups for their members and parishioners. There is a tracking system to monitor the number of AEMP Graduates per parish.

4. Executives of Lay organizations at all levels are to review their constitutions to be in line with the Archdiocesan Governance Guidelines before December 1, 2025, under the oversight of the Chaplains, Parish Priests, Deans and Director of Lay Apostolate.
